The Turks and Caicos islands are part of the British West Indies and offer some of the most pristine beaches and crystal-clear water to be found anywhere in the world. My pictures from there have been some of my best sellers over the years.
On one trip I went out on a snorkeling boat excursion from the island of Providenciales ("Provo" for short) with guests from other resorts on the island. I didn't do any snorkeling, but I got some great pictures. There was an attractive young couple with their daughter who graciously exchanged signed model releases for me. This shot below of the father and daughter together on the beach, with the daughter deciding she will become a cinematographer, has been published several times, mostly recently this month for a textbook and e-book as a full-page spread.
